This Privacy Policy explains how Santor Media ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us — in particular when you apply for a role through our website. We take your privacy seriously and only use your information for the purposes described below.

For some roles we ask for a recent photo of yourself. Much of our work happens on video calls, so it helps us recognise you and know who we're talking to. Your photo is used only for recruiting: it is seen only by our hiring team, it is never posted, shared publicly or used in any content, including AI-generated or edited content, and it is not used for automated decisions. If you aren't hired, we delete it (see "How long we keep your information").
The same applies to your CV, intro video and voice: they are only used to review your application, and never used to create or train any content, AI or otherwise.
We use the information you provide solely to:

Your application is stored securely using trusted third-party service providers that host our website, our applicant database and our internal team chat. These providers process the data on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide their services to us.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside your country (for example in the United States or the European Union). When your data is transferred abroad, we only use providers that apply appropriate security and data-protection safeguards.
Your information is accessible to our internal hiring team and the service providers described above. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not share your details with any other third parties for their own purposes.
We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how our ads perform and to improve them. This may involve cookies or similar technologies. You can manage your ad preferences through Meta's settings and learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy.
If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment records. If you are not hired:
